19 December 2022. Yesterday, being very late this year, we finally put the Christmas decs up. It was an odd feeling, like I’ve only recently done this, which is true, but not in the real sense.

A couple of months ago I had written some beautiful Victorian Christmas scenes for my fourth book, EdgeWater, where Eleanor requested a twenty footer for the grand hallway. I had fun adding logistical dramas in which to get it there and was grateful that I did not encounter the same myself yesterday🎄
