14 March 2023. Despite being alone when I write, I always feel 100% guilty when conducting book research on Google when searching for switchblades, shotguns, pickpocketing techniques and card scams. Upon taking a break to make myself a coffee, I glance out of the kitchen window and almost expect a special forces unit charging toward me!
