28 May 2023. 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮’𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙 was based during World War II and via many family anecdotes and imagination, I was able to place myself in the thick of the Kentish village through this unsettling time.

I am often taken aback, feeling quite fortunate, that I have the ability to place myself right beside my characters and accompany them throughout whatever situation I place in their path. This is a gift and one that I am thankful.
