26 June 2023. I have a strong pull and connection with the Australian outback to the point that it features in my first three books. I have only visited the outback twice but it was enough to engage and I leave the rest to imagination. I love the outback, although unsure whether I could live there. The remoteness may take a while to adapt to but foremost would be the fauna. I come from England where hardly anything can kill you as opposed to the outback, but in saying that, it is what you are used to isn’t it🙃
