28 June 2023. I relocated to Australia in my 40s and therefore was not up to speed with everything Australian.

In my third book, I make reference to the amazing and incredible horse, Phar Lap, and that always takes me back to the time when I first arrived and a sports enthusiast work colleague mentioned Phar Lap in a conversation and I thought he was referring to a footie player - I did not live that one down🤩
